Continental® recently hosted a Family Fall Festival at its headquarters in Mobile, Alabama. A special celebration designed to allow team members to show their families a glimpse of what they do at work. The event brought together team members and their loved ones for a day of connection, appreciation, and community spirit.
Families enjoyed guided factory tours, offering a behind-the-scenes look at Continental’s state-of-the-art facility where their loved ones work. Guests were treated to delicious food from local vendors, live entertainment, and plenty of fun for kids, including a bouncy house, inflatable slide, and an aviation and safety-themed arts and crafts tent. One of the day’s highlights was the dunking booth, which raised $400+ for local charities, combining laughter with a meaningful cause.
The event also featured the LifeSouth Blood Bus, where donors rolled up their sleeves to give blood, helping save up to 15 lives through their contributions.
With more than 470 people in attendance, Family Day served as a special opportunity to show appreciation for Continental’s dedicated team members who help power Continental’s mission every day, and to recognize the families who stand behind them. Events like this highlight the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture that values community and connection between work and home life.
