    The ignition system is made by G3i. It utilizes the original Slick mags but modifies them to interface with the MSD spark amplifier. In February of 2012 I test ran the engine and the G3i ignition in the test cell at the Continental Services™. When I switched the G3i ignition on, the engine smoothed out and ran smoother visually and audibly! I expect that it will feel smoother too, one I am flying behind it.

    Continental Services™ didn’t have a dyno when I test ran it, so I have no idea how many horsepower it has. I asked Continental Services™ to install a forward facing sump (Superior Parts) and Precision Airmotive fuel injection. It uses standard 8.7:1 compression. I also installed an Anti-Splat Aero negative pressure oil breather/oil separator to keep the belly clean. Theoretically some say that it adds some power by reducing crankcase pressure. I dare say that claim has yet to be proven.

    I chose a Hartzell constant speed prop and a PCU 5000 prop governor. The fuel system is stock Vans, except for the Andair fuel pump and selector. I have installed a dual screen Garmin G3X screens and a VP-X electronic circuit breaker system. The empty slot is for a Garmin GTN 650. I am using the Vetterman 4 pipe system. I call it the church organ.
