Both of my Continental engines, the IO-520s in my previous Cessna 303 and now the CD-155 diesel in my Cessna 172, have given me the confidence to live life to the fullest, both in the air and on the ground. Whether I’m flying IFR across the Alps, landing on a short island strip in the North Sea, or taking my girlfriend on an adventure through 13 countries in 11 days, the power, reliability, and fuel flexibility of Continental engines make it all possible.

As a professional athlete and Olympian, I know what it means to rely on precision and performance, and I find the same trust in my aircraft’s engine every time I take off. Flying has always been a part of who I am.
